My primary interests are in teaching and advising students. I teach undergraduate courses in nuclear medicine instrumentation, nuclear medicine procedures I and II, nuclear cardiology and ECG interpretation, radiopharmaceuticals, and sectional anatomy of the head, thorax, abdomen, and pelvis. I also conduct laboratory exercises at local health care facilities and supervise student rotations in various clinical sites. In order to maintain proficiency and remain current in the field, I am employed as a per diem nuclear medicine technologist at several local facilities. Professionally, I am a member of the Society of Nuclear Medicine, the American Society of Radiologic Sciences, and the Nevada Association of Radiologic Sciences |
